I remembered when I was looking for a house, some of the factors that I considered were the view (without blockage), whether it was lift landing level, and the resale value (the higher levels usually fetch greater resale values). The other aspect I looked out for was whether the level is favourable to me. There are many ways to do this, but let me just share a simple way to find out your favourable floor levels.

Theory behind: Based on the River Map (or He Tu) and your Life Kua Number. Pls click here if you do not know how what is your Life Kua Number.
